1. 동의
TodoHera(이하 "앱")를 내려받거나 사용하면 이 약관에 동의한 것으로
봅니다. 앱은 placidwave(이하 "제공자")가 제공합니다.
2. 사용 허락
제공자는 이 약관을 지키는 조건으로 앱을 개인 용도로 기기에 설치해 쓸
수 있는 제한적·비독점적·양도 불가능한 권리를 드립니다. 법이 허용하는
경우를 빼고 앱을 복제·배포·수정하거나, 역설계·디컴파일·분해할 수
없습니다.
3. 지식재산권
앱의 코드, 디자인, 이름, 로고와 그 밖의 지식재산권은 제공자에게
있습니다. 이 약관은 제공자의 상표나 로고를 쓸 권리를 주지 않습니다.
4. 사용자의 기록
사용자가 입력한 기록은 사용자 기기에 저장되며 사용자의 것입니다.
기기와 기록의 보안, 백업은 사용자가 관리합니다. 기기를 잃어버리거나
앱을 지우면 백업하지 않은 기록은 복구할 수 없습니다. 자세한 내용은
개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다.
5. 광고와 서비스 변경
앱에는 광고가 표시될 수 있습니다. 제공자는 앱을 고치거나 기능을
바꾸거나 제공을 멈출 수 있으며, 유료 기능을 도입하는 경우 미리 분명히
알립니다.
6. 인터넷과 데이터 요금
광고와 구글 드라이브 백업에는 인터넷 연결이 필요합니다. 모바일 데이터
사용에 따른 요금은 사용자가 가입한 통신사 약관을 따릅니다.
7. 업데이트
앱을 계속 쓰려면 업데이트가 필요할 수 있습니다. 제공자는 모든 기기나
운영체제 버전에서 앱이 동작한다고 보장하지 않습니다.
8. 책임의 제한
법이 허용하는 최대 범위에서, 제공자는 앱 사용으로 생긴
간접적·부수적·특별·결과적 손해(기록 손실 포함)에 책임지지 않습니다.
다만 법으로 제한할 수 없는 책임은 제외합니다. 앱은 무료로 제공되며,
소비자 보호법 등 법이 보장하는 권리는 이 약관으로 제한되지 않습니다.
9. 이용 제한
법을 어기거나 지식재산권을 침해하는 방식으로 앱을 쓰면 사용을 제한할
수 있습니다. 사용이 끝나면 기기에서 앱을 지워야 합니다.
10. 연령
앱은 만 13세 이상이 사용할 수 있습니다. 그보다 어리면 부모나
법정대리인이 약관을 확인하고 동의해야 합니다.
11. 준거법
이 약관은 대한민국 법을 따릅니다. 다만 사용자가 사는 나라의 강행
법규가 보장하는 권리는 그대로 유지됩니다.
12. 변경
약관이 바뀌면 이 페이지에 새 시행일과 함께 게시합니다.

1. Agreement
By downloading or using TodoHera (the "App"), you agree to these
Terms. The App is provided by placidwave (the "Provider").
2. License
Subject to these Terms, the Provider grants you a limited,
non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the App on
your device for personal use. Except as permitted by law, you may not
copy, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble
the App.
3. Intellectual property
The App's code, design, name, logo and other intellectual property
belong to the Provider. These Terms do not grant any right to use the
Provider's trademarks or logos.
4. Your records
The records you enter are stored on your device and belong to you. You
are responsible for your device's security and for backups. If you
lose your device or uninstall the App, records that were not backed up
cannot be recovered. See the
Privacy Policy.
5. Ads and changes to the service
The App may show ads. The Provider may update, change features of, or
stop providing the App. If paid features are introduced, they will be
clearly communicated in advance.
6. Internet and data charges
Ads and Google Drive backup need an internet connection. Mobile data
charges follow your carrier's terms.
7. Updates
You may need to update the App to keep using it. The Provider does not
guarantee that the App works on every device or operating system
version.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Provider is not liable for
indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages from using the
App, including data loss, except for liability that cannot be limited
by law. The App is free, and these Terms do not limit rights you have
under consumer protection law.
9. Restrictions
Use of the App may be restricted if it is used to break the law or
infringe intellectual property. When your use ends, you must delete
the App from your device.
10. Age
You must be at least 13 to use the App. If you are younger, a parent
or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without
affecting mandatory rights you have under the laws of your country.
12. Changes
If these Terms change, the new version will be posted on this page
with a new effective date.
