1. 적용 대상

이 방침은 placidwave(이하 "제공자")가 만든 모바일 앱 TodoHera(이하 "앱")에 적용됩니다.

2. 앱이 저장하는 정보

사용자가 직접 입력한 목표, 사진, 할 일, 습관, 체크 기록, 설정은 사용자의 기기 안에만 저장됩니다.

• 제공자는 서버를 운영하지 않으며, 이 정보를 수집하거나 받아 보지 않습니다.
• 회원 가입과 로그인이 없습니다.
• 사진은 사용자가 고른 사진만 앱 안에 저장하며, 다른 사진이나 앨범에 접근하지 않습니다.

3. 구글 드라이브 백업

사용자가 설정에서 직접 "백업"을 누를 때만, 기록을 사용자 본인의 구글 드라이브에 파일 하나로 저장합니다. "받아오기"와 "되돌리기"도 사용자가 누를 때만 실행됩니다.

• 앱은 drive.file 권한만 요청합니다. 이 권한으로는 앱이 만든 백업 파일에만 접근할 수 있고, 사용자의 다른 드라이브 파일은 읽거나 바꿀 수 없습니다.
• 백업 파일은 사용자 드라이브에만 있으며 제공자는 볼 수 없습니다. 접근 토큰은 기기에 저장하지 않습니다.
• 구글 드라이브에서 받은 정보는 백업·받아오기 기능에만 쓰며, 광고나 다른 목적에 쓰거나 다른 사람에게 넘기지 않습니다.
• TodoHera가 Google API에서 받은 정보를 사용하고 다른 앱으로 전송하는 방식은 Limited Use 요구 사항을 포함한 Google API 서비스 사용자 데이터 정책을 따릅니다.

4. 광고 (Google AdMob)

앱 화면 아래에 Google AdMob 광고가 표시됩니다. 광고를 보여 주고 성과를 측정하기 위해 AdMob(Google)이 다음 정보를 수집·사용할 수 있습니다.

• 광고 ID, 기기 종류·운영체제, IP 주소, 대략적인 위치, 광고 노출·클릭 정보

이 정보는 제공자가 아니라 Google이 처리하며 Google의 정책을 따릅니다: Google 개인정보처리방침, Google이 파트너 앱의 정보를 사용하는 방법. 휴대폰 설정에서 광고 ID를 재설정하거나 삭제할 수 있습니다.

5. 알림과 기기 권한

• 알림: 사용자가 켠 경우에만, 정한 시간에 매일 알림을 보냅니다. 알림은 기기 안에서 예약되며 알림 내용에 개인 정보는 들어가지 않습니다.
• 인터넷: 광고 표시와 구글 드라이브 백업에만 씁니다.

6. 정보의 국외 이전

광고(AdMob)와 구글 드라이브 백업 과정에서 Google이 정보를 한국 밖의 서버에서 처리할 수 있습니다. 이 처리는 Google의 정책과 적용 법령에 따릅니다.

7. 보관과 삭제

• 기기 안의 기록은 앱 설정의 "모든 기록 삭제" 또는 앱 삭제로 지울 수 있습니다.
• 구글 드라이브의 백업 파일은 사용자가 드라이브에서 직접 지울 수 있습니다.
• 제공자는 사용자 정보를 보관하지 않으므로 따로 지울 정보가 없습니다. 궁금한 점은 아래 이메일로 문의해 주세요.

8. 아동

앱은 만 13세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 정보를 알면서 수집하지 않습니다.

9. 이용자의 권리

앱의 기록은 사용자가 기기에서 직접 보고, 고치고, 지울 수 있습니다. 광고와 관련한 권리(접근·삭제·맞춤 광고 거부 등)는 Google 계정 설정과 휴대폰 광고 설정에서 행사할 수 있습니다. 그 밖의 요청은 아래 이메일로 보내 주세요.

방침이 바뀌면 이 페이지에 새 시행일과 함께 게시합니다.

TodoHera Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to TodoHera (the "App"), a mobile app made by placidwave (the "Provider").

2. Information the App stores

The goals, photos, tasks, habits, check records and settings you enter are stored only on your device.

• The Provider runs no server and does not collect or receive this information.
• There is no sign-up or login.
• Only the photos you pick are stored in the App. The App does not access your other photos or albums.

3. Google Drive backup

Only when you tap "Back up" in Settings, your records are saved as one file in your own Google Drive. "Restore" and "Undo" also run only when you tap them.

• The App requests only the drive.file permission. It can access only the backup file the App created and cannot read or change your other Drive files.
• The backup file stays in your Drive and the Provider cannot see it. Access tokens are not stored on the device.
• Information received from Google Drive is used only for backup and restore. It is not used for advertising or any other purpose and is not shared with anyone.
• TodoHera's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. Advertising (Google AdMob)

Google AdMob ads are shown at the bottom of the App. To serve and measure ads, AdMob (Google) may collect and use:

• Advertising ID, device type and operating system, IP address, approximate location, ad impressions and clicks

This information is processed by Google, not the Provider, under Google's policies: Google Privacy Policy, How Google uses information from partner apps. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in your phone settings.

5. Notifications and device permissions

• Notifications: only if you turn them on, a daily reminder is sent at the time you choose. Reminders are scheduled on your device and contain no personal information.
• Internet: used only to show ads and for Google Drive backup.

6. International transfers

For ads (AdMob) and Google Drive backup, Google may process information on servers outside your country, under Google's policies and applicable law.

7. Retention and deletion

• You can delete records on your device with "Delete all records" in Settings or by uninstalling the App.
• You can delete the backup file directly in Google Drive.
• The Provider keeps no user information, so there is nothing for the Provider to delete. For questions, email us below.

8. Children

The App is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect children's information.

9. Your rights

You can view, edit and delete the App's records directly on your device. Rights related to ads (access, deletion, opting out of personalized ads) can be exercised in your Google account and phone ad settings. For other requests, email us below. California and EEA residents may exercise their rights under applicable law the same way.

10. Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
